Roasting Sweet Potatoes

Cooking Sausage
- While the sweet potatoes bake, heat a skillet over medium heat and add the sausage.
- Cook until nicely browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
Making the Sauce
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and minced garlic.
- Pour this mixture over the cooked sausage, stirring to combine, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Combining and Serving
- Once the sweet potatoes are finished, combine them with the sausage and garlic mixture in the skillet.
- Toss gently to coat, then serve warm. Garnish with parsley if desired.
