Ingredients
  

For the Steak
  • 2 pieces Steak (ribeye or sirloin) Choose your preferred cut.
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Butter For searing the steak.
For the Creamy Sauce
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup Heavy cream Can be substituted with half-and-half or coconut cream.
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese Freshly grated for best results.
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley (for garnish) Chopped, for serving.

Preparation
  1. Season the steak with salt and pepper.
  2. Let the steak sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking.
Cooking the Steak
  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add butter.
  2. Once the butter is hot, add the steak and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
  3. Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest.
Making the Sauce
  1. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine, allowing it to simmer for a few minutes until it thickens.
  3. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Serving
  1. Slice the steak and serve it topped with the creamy garlic sauce and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes
