Baking
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out the chilled dough on a lightly floured surface and use cookie cutters to create gingerbread men shapes.
- Place the cut-out cookies on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until just firm.
- Allow them to cool on a wire rack, then decorate with your choice of festive sprinkles!
