  • 1 cup brown rice Cook according to package instructions
  • 1 cup black beans Drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn Cooked
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 piece avocado Sliced
  • 1 piece lime Juiced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • to taste fresh cilantro For garnish

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cook the brown rice according to the package instructions until fluffy and tender.
  2. Season the grilled chicken breasts with cumin, salt, and black pepper, then grill until perfectly golden brown. Once done, slice them.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked brown rice, drained black beans, cooked corn, diced tomatoes, and fresh lime juice. Stir gently to mix.
  4. Assemble the bowl by placing the sliced chicken on top of the colorful rice mixture.
  5. Serve with avocado slices and garnish generously with fresh cilantro.
