Ingredients
  

For the Sliders
  • 8 pieces Fluffy slider buns
  • 3 cups Shredded chicken Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep
  • 1 cup Frank’s hot buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup Cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack) Shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Butter Melted, for brushing on buns
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing Optional, for serving
  • 1/4 cup Green onions Optional, chopped for garnishing

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken and Frank’s hot buffalo sauce until every bit of chicken is coated.
  3. Cut slider buns in half and lay the bottom halves in a suitable baking dish.
  4. Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture generously over the bottom halves, then sprinkle your choice of cheese on top.
  5. Place the top halves of the slider buns over the cheese and spread melted butter on the tops.
Cooking
  1. Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the sliders are heated through.
  2. Serve warm, optionally drizzled with ranch dressing and garnished with chopped green onions.
