Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the BBQ sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the sauce mixture over them, ensuring they are fully coated.
Cooking
  1. Pop the baking dish in the oven and let it bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce turns beautifully caramelized.
