  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For sautéing the chicken.
  • to taste salt and pepper Used for seasoning the chicken.
Garnishes
  • Green onions for garnish Sliced for serving.

Method
 

Cooking the Chicken
  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced chicken, seasoning it generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
Making the Sauce
  1. While the chicken is cooking, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and minced garlic in a separate bowl.
Combining and Cooking
  1. Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken and gently stir to coat.
  2. Let it simmer for an additional 5-7 minutes or until the sauce thickens to a sticky glaze.
Serving
  1. Serve the sticky chicken over the cooked rice.
  2. Garnish with sliced green onions and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
