  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Ensure it is softened for easy mixing.
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted Can be replaced with coconut oil for a twist.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a 9x13 inch baking dish, spread the strawberry pie filling evenly across the bottom.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Beat until smooth.
  4. Dollop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the strawberry filling.
  5. Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  6. Drizzle the melted butter across the top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes until the cake is bubbly and golden brown.
