  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Adds flavor to the cream cheese mixture.
  • 2 cups whipped cream Heavy cream can be used instead, whipped to soft peaks.
  • 1 box graham crackers Forms the base layers of the cake.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until it’s nice and smooth, almost like frosting.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped cream to maintain a light and airy mixture.
  4. In a baking dish, layer graham crackers at the bottom.
  5. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers.
  6. Top with a layer of sliced strawberries.
  7. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a creamy layer on top.
  8. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least four hours, or overnight.
Serving
  1. Serve chilled, garnished with a sprinkle of crushed graham crackers or a dollop of whipped cream.
