- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until it’s nice and smooth, almost like frosting.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream to maintain a light and airy mixture.
- In a baking dish, layer graham crackers at the bottom.
- Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers.
- Top with a layer of sliced strawberries.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a creamy layer on top.
- Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least four hours, or overnight.
Serving
- Serve chilled, garnished with a sprinkle of crushed graham crackers or a dollop of whipped cream.
Notes
Store leftovers tightly covered in the fridge for up to four days, but it's best consumed sooner. Freezing is not recommended as it alters texture.
