  1. Start by combining your hulled strawberries with the freshly squeezed lemon juice in a blender, creating a smooth puree.
  2. Next, add the sugar and water, blending until everything is harmonious and well mixed together.
  3. Taste your creation! Don’t be shy to add more sugar if you prefer it sweeter.
  4. If you prefer a juice without the pulp, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve.
  5. Pour the strawberry lemonade over ice and finish it off with lemon slices and a few whole strawberries.

Notes

Store any leftover lemonade in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 to 4 days. Shake gently before serving, as ingredients may separate. For a fizzy twist, consider adding sparkling water. You can experiment with sweetness using honey or agave syrup.
