- Start by combining your hulled strawberries with the freshly squeezed lemon juice in a blender, creating a smooth puree.
- Next, add the sugar and water, blending until everything is harmonious and well mixed together.
- Taste your creation! Don’t be shy to add more sugar if you prefer it sweeter.
- If you prefer a juice without the pulp, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve.
- Pour the strawberry lemonade over ice and finish it off with lemon slices and a few whole strawberries.
Notes
Store any leftover lemonade in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 to 4 days. Shake gently before serving, as ingredients may separate. For a fizzy twist, consider adding sparkling water. You can experiment with sweetness using honey or agave syrup.
