- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add in the onion, celery, and carrots. Sauté until soft and aromatic.
- In a spacious bowl, combine the sautéed vegetables with the bread cubes, herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Gradually add broth to the mixture until it’s moist but not soggy.
- Form the mixture into balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the exterior is golden brown.

- Serve warm alongside roasted turkey or chicken, or enjoy as an appetizer.
