Ingredients
  

For the Marinade
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
For the Steak Bites
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, olive oil, and ginger. Stir well.
  2. Add the steak pieces to the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Remove steak from marinade and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add steak to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the steak is cooked through and caramelized.
  4. Pour the remaining marinade into the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until it thickens.
Serving
  1. Serve warm, garnished with chopped green onions if desired.

Notes
