Preparation
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, olive oil, and ginger. Stir well.
 - Add the steak pieces to the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
 
Cooking
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
 - Remove steak from marinade and season with salt and pepper.
 - Add steak to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the steak is cooked through and caramelized.
 - Pour the remaining marinade into the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until it thickens.
 
Serving
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped green onions if desired.
