Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour Can substitute with gluten-free blend
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 large eggs Ensure at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup melted butter Can substitute with coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup milk Add to reach desired consistency

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir well.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, eggs, and melted butter until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined; do not overmix.
  5. Add the milk gradually to achieve the desired batter consistency.
  6. Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Baking
  1. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cooling
  1. Allow the bread to cool before transferring to a wire rack. Slice and enjoy!
