  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced olives

Preparation
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef or turkey until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Stir in the taco seasoning and follow package instructions, adding water and letting simmer for a few minutes until seasoned.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked meat, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, and sliced olives. Mix until evenly coated.
  4. Spoon generous portions of the mixture onto tortilla chips or mini taco shells.
  5. Top with chopped green onions.
  6. Serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.
