- Add taco seasoning, black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes to the skillet. Stir well and cook for about 5 minutes until heated through.
- In a bowl, layer cooked rice, the meat mixture, and top with shredded cheese, lettuce, sour cream, salsa, and cilantro if desired.
