  • 1 cup shredded cheese Cheddar or any favorite cheese blend.
  • 1 bag frozen tater tots You can use roasted or homemade diced potatoes as an alternative.
  • 1 small onion, chopped For added flavor.
  • to taste salt and pepper Season the dish according to personal preference.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until the meat is browned; drain any excess fat.
  3. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup until well combined. Season generously with salt and pepper.
Assembly and Baking
  1. Spread the beef mixture evenly in the bottom of a baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the meat mixture.
  3. Top with frozen tater tots, arranging them evenly.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  5. Once out of the oven, serve hot and enjoy!
