  • 1/2 cup peanut butter Use creamy, natural peanut butter for best results.
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce Low sodium soy sauce can be used for a healthier option.
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
For the Wraps
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables A mix of carrots, bell peppers, and cucumber works well.
  • 1 cup lettuce leaves Romaine or butter lettuce recommended for freshness.
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps Flour or whole wheat tortillas are suitable.

Method
 

Preparation of Peanut Sauce
  1. In a bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger. Stir until smooth.
Assembling the Wraps
  1. Lay out the tortillas flat on a cutting board.
  2. Spread peanut sauce generously over each tortilla.
  3. Layer lettuce leaves, shredded chicken, and mixed vegetables on top of the sauce.
  4. Roll each wrap from one end to the other, tucking in the sides to keep the fillings secure.
  5. Slice the wraps in half and serve with extra peanut sauce on the side.
