Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions, drain, and set them aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded chicken, chopped spinach, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well blended.
- Spread a thin layer of white sauce in the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
Layering
- Lay 4 lasagna noodles over the sauce, followed by half of the chicken mixture and a third of both mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Repeat layering with more noodles, chicken mixture, and cheese.
- Finish with a final layer of noodles and pour the remaining white sauce over the top.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
Baking
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Allow the lasagna to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Pairs well with a side salad, garlic bread, or roasted vegetables. For vegetarian options, substitute chicken with roasted mushrooms or butternut squash.
