Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, and half of the cheddar cheese. Stir until everything is well combined and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the chicken mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, mix the biscuit mix with milk until a soft dough forms.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the biscuit dough over the chicken mixture.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the biscuits are golden brown.
  2. Let it cool slightly before serving.
